Wow, what a blast Winter Thing was. It all started with the ice cream social Thursday night, I have never seen it that crowded, so many wingers were anxious to get a start on a winter get away. Honey even got to join in on the fun; of course she was the hit of the social! The seminars were excellent, so many to pick and choose from, my favorite was the women's self defense class. Two officers from the MD Wooster County Sheriff's Office taught the class, you never saw so many women so eager to kick, hit and gouge these two officers, wh
For those of us who are lucky enough to be going to Winter Thing, have a great time!
Hope all of you are doing well in the cold and winter weather. The Smith family is adjusting well to the nice weather in Florida. We have been very busy with setting up the new house. Even though we have left New Jersey in body we are still there in spirit. We still own our house in Millstone Township, we are renting it out for the next two years. So who knows we may just be back to New Jersey in the future.
The weather was icy and cold outside, but the F-Troop Gathering was warm & friendly. What a nice start to the District Visit A Chapter our gathering room was filled. We had guests from Region, District, Chapters A, D, and H
After the gathering members went to the Silverball Museum in Asbury Park where a cold dreary January winter day is always fun. After we all became pinball wizards we headed over to Bruno's in Neptune City for some lunch.
Sunday is F-Troops monthly gathering at the Golden Bell Diner, Rt 9 & Elton Adelphia Rd, Freehold, NJ. We gather at 8:30 am for breakfast and the meeting starting at 9 am.
