House Closing Tomorrow

Troopers,
Well tomorrow we close on the new house. We had some things to work out with the builder, but it all came out to our favor. We have everything lined up for appliance installation, connectivity, Sat TV, etc and by the end of the week, we'll be in good shape and can get settled in.
We have moved here during the "monsoon season" so there have been some flash thunderstorms of 15 - 20 minutes, but it is cool and fairly arid.
Thanks for the farewell gift, which we used to purchase the water softener for the new house. It was completely unnecessary, but appreciated. We hope our friends will come to visit.

Glad to hear that things are going well for you, Lisa and the kitties. The weather has turned cooler and less humid here. Apparently you did a good job in taking the heat away. Keep us posted.
