Trooper Frank Corbley

Trooper Frank Corbley lost his battle with cancer.  Frank and his wife, Inez, have been active participants in the Chapter, and were recruited by their daughter and son-in-law, Patti and Pete Lucero.  His CB Handle of "Cobra" is retired.
